Welcome to Nuvique Linqs (“we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all services provided by Nuvique Linqs, including logistics, shipping, warehousing, last-mile delivery, international forwarding, express DHL services, procurement, packaging, fulfillment, and customs clearance.

 

By accessing or using our services, you (“customer”, “client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

  1. Definitions

– “Service” refers to any logistics, delivery, forwarding, procurement, or related service provided by Nuvique Linqs.

– “Customer” refers to any individual or business using our services.

– “Third-Party Partners” include DHL, international shipping agents, airlines, ground delivery agents, and customs authorities.

– “Shipment” refers to any item accepted, transported, processed, or handled by us.

 

  1. Service Scope

Nuvique Linqs provides:

– Domestic and international shipping

– Pickup & delivery

– Warehousing

– Last-mile delivery

– Procurement (buying items for customers)

– Packaging

– Fulfillment of orders

– Customs documentation and clearance

– Express DHL services

– Air, Sea & Road freight forwarding

 

We operate primarily from Ghana, with partner networks in the USA, Canada, UK, and other countries.

 

  1. Customer Responsibilities

 

3.1 Accurate Information

Customers must provide accurate:

– Names

– Addresses

– Phone numbers

– Item descriptions and values

– Customs information

 

We are not liable for delays, losses, or misdeliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete information.

 

3.2 Item Legality

Customers must ensure their items are legal and permitted in both origin and destination countries. We are not liable for seizures or destruction of illegal items.

 

3.3 Packaging

Customers are responsible for proper packaging unless they purchase packaging services. Poor packaging is at customer’s risk and non-compensable.

 

  1. Procurement Services

For procurement requests, Nuvique Linqs is not responsible for product quality, defects, wrong items, supplier delays, or authenticity. Refunds apply only to shipping fees, not product value.

 

  1. Shipping & Delivery

 

5.1 Estimated Transit Times

– Air Freight: 5–7 days

– Sea Freight: 30–45 days

 

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays do not qualify for refunds.

 

5.2 Third-Party Handover

Once packages are handed to DHL, airlines, shipping lines, or partners, Nuvique Linqs is not liable for their handling or delays.

 

  1. Customs & Regulatory Compliance

Customs duties, inspections, taxes, clearances, and delays are customer responsibilities. Customs may inspect or seize items—this is outside our control.

 

  1. Fees & Payments

Payments must be confirmed before service begins. Double payments may be refunded with proof. Unpaid shipments may be withheld or disposed of after prolonged nonpayment.

 

  1. Liability Limitations

Nuvique Linqs’ maximum liability is limited to internal company valuation guidelines. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, sentimental, or business losses.

 

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds only apply to verified double payments or services not rendered within 30 days due solely to Nuvique Linqs. Non-refundable cases include delays, customs actions, poor packaging, and customer errors. Refunds require documentation and undergo 7–21 business days investigation.

 

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or losses due to disasters, war, strikes, political issues, or events beyond our control.

 

  1. Communication

– Email

– Official WhatsApp line

– In-office visit

 

  1. Abandoned Shipments

Unclaimed shipments may incur storage fees after 14 days and may be disposed of after 60 days.

 

  1. Amendments

We may update this policy at any time without notice.

 

  1. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

 

  1. Acceptance of Terms

Using our services means you accept these Terms & Conditions.
